okay. a while back i posted an easy way to plan out your meals for the week. by adding a google calendar just for your menus, you can update, invite family members/roommates/or friends, and track things easily.
of course, making changes is always difficult. it’s best to go slow. baby steps.
i planned my meals for this week, made a list, and went shopping. here’s my meals:
monday: beef/tofu stirfry
tuesday: shrimp and green bean salad
wednesday: chicken pot pie
thursday: cheese ravioli, Caesar salad, and garlic bread
friday: going out to dinner!
saturday: tofu & black bean tacos
