Kitchen floor doodling

One artistic homeowner decided to cover their ugly old wooden flood with a white vinyl floor then turn it back into a wooden floor….sorta…

Ole Hemmendorff, a former creative director now freelancer created a cute cartoony looking kitchen floor simply by taking a big fat black permanent marker and drawing all over it.

“No sketching, no real plan. Just doodling along all over the floor. The result is amazingly attention-grabbing. On the edge of psychosis inducing.” Hemmendorff

I do admit, its got a sort of Alice in Wonderland acid trip look going on. To read more about the endeavor and learn how you can do it yourself, follow the rabbit down the rabbit hole.

This is awesome! I wish I had something like this in my apartment! The only drawback I can see is that the floor is white, and would get destroyed pretty fast. Could just invert it easy enough though.
