the designers, osko and deichmann, have created an incredible sushi making contraption. not yet for sale, but i’ll update if it begins mass production!

It is so much easier with the norwegian product SUSHISI (www.sushisi.no) which you find in all grosery stores in Norway. It is akit with all the things you need to make sushi yourself. I hoe it will go international. Great product!
