Well I would definitely talk to your doctor about it and get their opinion. What I did was to eliminate wheat 100% from my diet for about 3 months....I noticed less bloating, stomach pain and fatigue so I just kept up with it. Ive learned since then I can have little amounts of wheat (soy sauce, light fried food, etc) but if I have too much I definitely feel the repercussions.

Hope that helps!

Hey there, just wondered if it was difficult to figure out that you had wheat intolerance? I am going through this at the moment, and while tested negative for gluten still think I have a wheat intolerance.
